Linked Helpers is actively looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team/client. This full-time remote position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience working with US-based clients and a strong background in admin support, email management, data entry, and research.
Starting Salary: 20,000 (Full time)
Experience: Executive Virtual Assistant, Admin Task, Basic Bookkeeping - 1-2 years (Preferred)
Language: English (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email inboxes; respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Perform general admin and back-office support tasks
- Conduct online research as needed
- Handle accurate and timely data entry across various platforms
- Create simple graphics for client use (e.g., social media posts, presentations, etc.)
- Assist in scheduling, file organization, and document preparation
- Track task progress and follow up on deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant
- Prior work with US-based clients is required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience using Canva.
- Fluent in English
