Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant
- Knowledge of basic finance or accounting tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Experience using accounting software (SAP, etc.)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledgeable in google sheets, google docs, google slides, and google forms
- Willing to start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support executives with day-to-day tasks and schedules
- Help prepare reports, budgets, and finance documents
- Organize meetings and keep track of deadlines
- Communicate with internal departments
- Handle confidential information properly
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately
