Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Manager and other departments, clients, and external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document Management: Draft, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the Manager. Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of (e.g., meeting agendas, room setup, virtual meeting links, etc.).
- Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports and handle any other financial-related documentation required by the Manager.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all matters related to the Manager and company.
- Task Prioritization: Assist with prioritizing and managing the Manager’s workload, ensuring that important tasks and deadlines are met.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing company events, conferences, or team-building activities, ensuring all details are well-managed.
- Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
- Special Projects: Assist in preparing reports, researching topics, and providing general support on special projects as assigned by the Manager.
