We are looking for a proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Executive in managing daily operations for both our manpower agency and Japanese language services.
Job Scope:
- Assist the Executive in all tasks related to company operations, documentation, administration, and coordination.
- Handle scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
- Support in both manpower services and Japanese school operations.
Qualifications:
- No college degree required.
- Undergraduate or completed units in any course related to Office Management, Marketing Management, Secretarial, or Business Management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Work Setup:
- Hybrid (mix of on-site and remote work)
- Applicants must be based anywhere from Dasmarinas Cavite up to San Pedro, Laguna.
