We are looking for a highly organized and creative Executive and Marketing Assistant to support both executive-level administration and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing structure with creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Organize meetings and prepare supporting documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Draft emails, letters, and executive correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical files
Marketing Support
- Assist in writing content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule and manage posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Help with marketing campaigns, events, and performance tracking
- Support website and CRM updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or marketing assistant roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
