Your Opportunity
As a Sales Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic growth and success. You will work closely with our Office of the CEO team to ensure seamless execution of key tasks. Your responsibilities will include flawless meeting scheduling, organizing commercial trips for the internal sales team, and following up via email with high-level prospects such as Private Equity Partners, M&A Directors, and CEOs of software companies.
Your Responsibility:
- Oversee the email management, debriefings, initiation of next steps, preparation for upcoming meetings, alignment on meeting angles and attendee readiness, finalization of agendas, and preparation/signature of legal documents.
- Communicate in writing directly with top-tier clients, including fund-managing partners, entrepreneurs, and executives.
- Organize commercial trips, including scheduling meetings with prospects, booking transportation and accommodation, with the objective of securing at least three meetings per day to optimize travel efficiency.
- Keep the internal sales dashboard updated with accurate contact details and deal progress, providing clear meeting debriefs for every prospect or member interaction.
- Naturally grow in the team to take on more and more responsibilities and develop yourself as a strong professional
Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with proven success in an organization with strong commercial growth.
- Excellent writing skills in English: a knack for phrasing, diplomacy, and a commercial mindset.
- Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to structure processes effectively.
- A team player with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Ambitious, demanding, and bold: eager to take on a strategic role in a rapidly growing entrepreneurial venture.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and capable of impactful communication within the team.
- Familiarity with Airtable is a plus
