Basic Purpose/Job Summary:
- To provide support and perform administrative duties for company executive(s).
Responsibilities:
- To perform secretarial and administrative duties
- To organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- To maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- To draft, review contracts on behalf of company executive(s)
- To answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Qualification:
- Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any business related courses
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Must able to perform clerical accounting duties
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Must be highly organized and with keen attention to detail
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization
- Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
- Self-starter, results-oriented and hardworking
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- Must be willing to work in the Ortigas Center, Pasig City
