We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can efficiently support the Business Development Manager and the CEO to support the day-to-day operations of the client's organisation.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably with an AUS Client)
- Any relevant bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience in business development, executive assistance, or similar roles
- Can write and edit documents professionally and use Microsoft products proficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Canva/Adobe is highly preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and emails efficiently
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Take meeting minutes and handle follow-up actions
- Book travel and handle itinerary management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize digital files and assist in project management tasks
- Managing and co-ordinating projects
- Conducting research
- Organising meetings
- Following up with team members and reminders
- Other tasks as requested
