Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Executive Virtual Assistant to support a high-level entrepreneur in managing investor relationships, follow-ups, outreach, scheduling, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, responsive, highly organized, and able to take ownership of follow-ups and communications across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, Calendly, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Follow-Ups
- Follow up with all investors post-call with customized, timely emails.
- Set and maintain follow-up schedules for new and existing potential investors.
- Send Calendly invite follow-ups with links to pitch deck and webinar.
- Confirm passive investor interest via email after Calendly booking and provide appropriate documents and links.
- Consolidate investor information (email, phone, notes, call history) from inbox, LinkedIn DMs, and Calendly into a single, well-maintained spreadsheet or CRM.
- Create and maintain a detailed breakdown of investor interactions, upcoming meetings, and status updates.
Appointment & Calendar Management
- Schedule meetings with investors using Calendly or other tools.
- Send out confirmation emails and reminders with relevant meeting materials.
- Provide a weekly email digest of upcoming investor calls, including names, LinkedIn profiles, and background info.
Email & DM Management
- Monitor LinkedIn and email inbox daily for potential investor inquiries and respond with a professional, pre-approved message.
- Save all new investor contacts (email and phone numbers) in an organized system.
- Draft and send templated emails to interested leads to book them for a call or invite them to upcoming webinars.
LinkedIn & Social Media Support
- Respond to inbound comments on LinkedIn posts.
- Flag potential investor leads and notify you for DM follow-up.
- Manage YouTube comment responses once channel launches.
- Go through LinkedIn DMs and send Zoom Webinar invites (e.g., for June 17 event) and links to other relevant social pages.
Podcast Guest Outreach
- Search LinkedIn and podcast directories for show hosts in your niche.
- Reach out via DM or email with a personalized pitch to invite you as a guest.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with LinkedIn and basic DM/email etiquette
- Familiarity with Calendly, Zoom, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to manage follow-ups without needing daily supervision
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in investor relations, real estate syndications, or capital raising
- Familiarity with pitch decks and investment webinars
- Experience with social media community management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
