Job Title: Executive Assistant – Real Estate Operations
Hourly Rate: $7/hour (Remote | Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Executive Assistant – Real Estate Operations to provide administrative and operational support to our CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience in real estate transactions, client communications, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team, clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents including contracts, disclosures, and closing files
- Track important deadlines related to escrow, inspections, and title processes
- Draft emails, internal memos, and professional communications on behalf of the executive
- Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and support pipeline tracking
- Assist with onboarding, recruiting coordination, and training logistics for new hires
- Conduct property research, gather legal descriptions, and assist with deal preparation
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or operations support (real estate experience preferred)
- Familiarity with real estate transaction processes (acquisition, wholesale, retail, or investment)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign)
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Worked with real estate professionals including agents, buyers, sellers, or escrow officers
- Experience using REI software such as Podio, PropStream, or FreedomSoft
- Basic understanding of real estate contracts and document formatting

Pay: Php70,343.00 - Php70,344.00 per month
