The ideal candidate for the Executive Chef position - Food Group should possess the following:
- Must be graduate of a 4 year course
- Must have at least 5 years chef experience
- Exposed to a wide variety of dishes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create quality product (recipe)
- Responsible for training of cooks, sous chef, etc. on ensuring there is consistency in our finished product
- To be able to provide alternative ingredients to suit the existing recipe without altering the original taste
- Ensure efficiency of kitchen staff
- Responsible for the food handling safety practices and sanitation of the kitchen is being followed by staff
