PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and infrastructure.
3. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
5. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
6. Assist in facility improvements, renovations, and equipment installations.
7. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
8. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request restocking as needed.
9. Support emergency maintenance needs and after-hours service calls when required.
10. Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct)
11. Perform other duties and functions as required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent..
· Relevant trade school training or experience in a related field.
· Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
· Experience in building maintenance or construction trades.
Skills and Abilities:
· Strong understanding of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
· Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
· Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
