- Bachelor's/College graduate of Agricultural, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or any related course.
- At least 2 years experience in Poultry Farm operations and management.
- Can manage field subordinates (farm deployees) and good leadership.
- Can handle and manage several contract breeder farms operations.
- Can manage work pressure and less supervision
- Very good verbal and written communication
- Knowledgeable in basic computer programming
- Knows how to drive 4 wheels vehicle with valid drivers license
- Willing to stay in the farm.
- To assigned in Calabarzon Area
