JOB SCOPE
- General Management of risk and statutory compliance, devising strategies and plans for cost-effectively avoiding key operational, financial, and compliance risks and ensure compliance on any other financial regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with company business units and key stakeholders, ensuring that both the needs of core financial controls and strategic imperatives of the company are met and developed.
- General supervision over the quality of accounting and financial reporting of all business units.
- Assist the Division Head in overseeing the Finance Departments in all aspects of finance statutory compliance, statutory financial reporting, and other ad hoc activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- At least 1 year of similar work experience; Preferably from auditing firms
- Strong proficiency in applying finance audit standards, procedures, techniques to ensure the proper planning, execution and documentation of financial control audit work and related findings.
- Internal/External audit exposure to the following industries: Real estate, Construction, Mall leasing and hospitality.
- Willing to work fulltime and onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
