Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
- Demonstrated at least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or a related role in food ad beverage industry
- Has a strong understanding and knowledge on the principles and policies on supply chain and procurement operations and administration
- Familiarity with various procurement systems
- Has an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a Procurement Operations Associate, you will be responsible in:
- Support the Head of Procurement Operations in managing day-to-day procurement activities for both campuses.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the procurement team to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services, particularly for low to medium spend items.
- Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and customer satisfaction.
