I. JOB OBJECTIVE (JO)
- Attain targeted sales and gross margin targets of the assigned Food Service (FS) section thru effective and efficient management of the FS key result areas (KRA) at minimal cost.
II. MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE AREAS (MPA)
- Planning
- Forecast sales, cost and expense performances (P&L) of the FS section.
- Develops course of actions to achieve maximum sales, gross margin targets.
- Leading
1. Motivates and guide the team to work harmoniously in order to achieve its goals.
2. Creates a healthy communication between levels of organization.
3. Makes sound and prompt decisions and ability to take responsibility for the actions undertaken.
- Acts professionally and lead by example to all employees.
- Organizing
1. Defines and arranges activities into logical and practical assignments to attain desired results.
2. Delegates or assigns appropriate responsibilities to subordinates with authority.
3. Consolidates efforts of the component functions of assigned task and harmoniously fits assignment with other components into an integrated company effort.
- Controlling
1. Assess and evaluates KPI versus the agreed & desired objectives in order to evaluate proper course of actions to meet the changing demands of new situations.
III. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)
- Member Service
1 Ensures highest quality standards and freshness of prepared food items are served to all members at all times thru quality process checking and adherence to production plan.
2. Regularly reviews the department TQC system in order to improve level of compliance to standard cleanliness, good atmosphere and excellent member-service.
3. Ensures timely delivery of food items to the member and zero out incidences of order follow up.
- Staff / People Management
1. Develops and trains supervisors to become highly productive, result oriented and efficient leader- supervisor of the department.
2. Conducts a weekly departmental meeting.
3. Provides a healthy and safe working environment to all employees.
4. Timely accomplishment of Performance Appraissal Report of section heads.
C. Stocks Management
- Reviews and evaluates Sales Penetrations and item movement report of each item.
- Reviews and approves weekly frozen, fresh and dry orders and transfers.
- Ensures 100% service level delivery of all fresh items.
- Ensures adherence to cold chain management to ensure freshness of all cold merchandise.
- Ensures minimal shrinkages or merchandise losses according to desired result.
- Reviews and verify accuracy of yield management and adjustments of stocks.
- Approves weekly inventory of all fresh, frozen and dry items.
- Approves daily shopping list.
D. Merchandise Management
1. Coordinate with buying department all pricing, promotion events and new or item upgrade.
2. Reviews production plan or log schedule on a daily basis.
3. Reviews and improves production flow, schedule and planning on a regular basis.
4. Ensures availability, functionality and good running condition of all equipments & machines.
