Foodservice Sales Specialist
Main role: Account Opening and Account Development
Job Description:
Responsible for identifying lead customers by researching and creating prospect list of accounts to introduce and promote foodservice beverage and premix products. His/Her main goal is to open target accounts. He/She must be able to work independently, yet have the skills to work as a part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generates leads and prospecting foodservice accounts for beverage and food pre-mixes.
- Develop plans and ensure achievement of sales targets in terms of value and # of new accounts opened.
- Maintain positive business relationships with customers and immediately address if there are any customer complaints.
- Closely coordinates with cross functional teams to ensure on time delivery of products.
- Account and A/R management
Key Requirements
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years in any sales-related position.
- Willing to go on fieldwork anywhere in Metro Manila and provincial key cities.
- Good selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills and excellent time management
- Willing to learn technical aspects of the product portfolio.
- Basic computer skills, i.e. MSWord, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Understands basic concepts in pricing and costing.
- Preferably with basic knowledge in foodservice operations and purchasing practices of foodservice establishments
- Bachelors/College Degree in any field, preferably in a food-related course (i.e. HRM, Nutrition, Food Tech)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
