DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises and leads a team of construction workers on site.
- Coordinates daily tasks according to priorities and plans set by the Project Engineer.
- Ensures manpower and resources are adequately allocated for daily operations.
- Monitors productivity and quality of work.
- Interprets and implements blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Inspects work progress, equipment, and construction site to ensure safety and compliance.
- Enforces safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintains accurate site records.
- Reports regularly the project status to the Project Engineer.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least high school graduate; relevant TESDA Certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce site safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write site reports and daily logs.
- Knowledge of local building codes, inspection requirements, and construction standards.
