- Greet guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (for hotel or hospitality settings).
- Manage reservations, appointments, and bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Respond to customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and courier management.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor office supplies and order as needed.
