Job Summary:
Will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring a positive guest experience. This includes supervising staff, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with other hotel departments. Will also be responsible in maintaining high service standards and contributing to the overall smooth and efficient running of the front office.
*Official Working Schedule: 8 hours a day (6 days a week)
