The Front Office Supervisor ensures operational excellence at the heart of guest relations. They deliver seamless check-in/out experiences, supervise and coach staff, manage revenue and guest billing, and liaise across departments to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Management and any related course. '
- 2–4 years on front desk roles; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, customer focus, and prioritization under pressure.
Job Duties:
- Supervise daily check-ins, check‑outs, reservations, guest messages, and billing. Ensure accuracy in cash/folio handling and lead end-of-shift audits.
- Guest Relations & Problem Resolution.
- Oversee room allocation and block rooms to meet guest preferences and operational standards. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Manage and audit shift banking, ensure proper financial procedures. Monitor revenue, upsells, and adherence to credit policies.
