Responsibilities
- Supervise Front Office personnel for proper execution of all front office operations
- Execute quality service to all hotel guests, monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions for better outcome
- Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication
- Exemplify leadership in guest hospitality, customer service and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations
Requirements
- Graduates of leading universities
- Minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience in a Front Office Position
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera)
- Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage
- Has effective leadership skills, staff motivation and exceptional commitment to improving customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
