Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor or Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management or BS Tourism or other related course is an advantage
- With proven experience in a customer service and Front office in Hospitality Industry
- Professional apprearance and demeanor
- Must have at least 3 year of related experience in customer service, reservations, or other related fields;
- With good communication skills (both oral and written) and excellent customer relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
