Job Summary
The Front Office Team Lead oversees the daily operations of the hotel’s front desk to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient check-in/check-out processes, and smooth coordination between front office staff and other hotel departments. This role involves supervising and training front desk personnel, handling guest concerns, monitoring room availability, and ensuring adherence to hotel standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
- Oversee check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for timely room readiness.
- Ensure front office team delivers high-quality service in line with hotel standards.
- Monitor room occupancy, availability, and revenue opportunities.
- Prepare shift schedules and allocate daily tasks to the team.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and incidents.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers to guests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel front office operations, with 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficient in hotel management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service and upholding brand standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
