We're now looking for a smart, reliable, and skilled SEO Specialist to join our team full-time and help us grow organic traffic to both our site and our videos.

Job Details
Position: Full-Time SEO Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Work Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time (M-F with a one hour “lunch” break)
Starting Pay: 40,000 PHP/month
After 90 Days: 45,000 PHP/month + You will qualify for a Quarterly Team Bonus
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
For TradeEngine.io (News Website)
Optimize 25+ news articles per day for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 tags, etc.)
Conduct daily keyword research and suggest target keywords for writers and editors
Maintain an internal linking strategy across all site content
Monitor and manage indexing via Google Search Console
Review article SEO scores using tools like RankMath or SurferSEO
Keep up with algorithm changes and SEO trends to maintain traffic growth
For YouTube
Optimize video titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails for search visibility
Conduct keyword and trend research using VidIQ, TubeBuddy, or similar
Add closed captions and structured descriptions to all video uploads
Monitor performance metrics via YouTube Studio and suggest improvements
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1–2 years SEO experience (agency or publishing background preferred)
Familiar with tools like:
Google Search Console
Google Trends
RankMath / Yoast / SurferSEO
SEMRush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest
TubeBuddy or VidIQ (for YouTube)
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, content strategy, and search intent
Knowledge of WordPress CMS is a must
Basic knowledge of YouTube Studio and channel optimization
Experience with Google News SEO or publishing platforms
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Team player who’s available for scheduled meetings and chats
