Job Summary:
Google Ads manager who can manage 5+ accounts ensuring a consistent flow of leads for US based local contractors. We have existing templates and resources but we are looking for an expert who can innovate and improve results independently.
Description:
We're a lean, fast-growing lead gen agency that runs Google Ads for local contractors — mostly fencing companies in the U.S.
We're NOT looking for an “account manager” — we want a media buyer who knows how to generate local leads efficiently and can manage + optimize ad accounts with minimal babysitting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Launch & manage Google Ads campaigns (Search + Local)
- Optimize for CPL, CTR, and actual leads
- Test new cities & keywords
- Clean up search terms, improve ad copy, tweak bids
- Suggest and implement improvements in account structure when needed
- Ultimately generate a consistent flow of quality leads for each client (we are happy to give you freedom to do what you think is best)
Requirements:
- Have experience with fencing, roofing, landscaping, or contractor niche
- Proven experience running Google Ads for local service businesses
- Ability to optimize landing pages
- Comfortable with manual CPC bidding + conversion optimization
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not required
- Able to work well independently
Details:
- Freelance / part-time to start — 10-20 hours/week
- Flat rate per account or hourly depending on experience (~$20-45/h)
- We're also looking for a long term media buyer we can permanently hire to lead our ads if performance is strong
- Work whatever hours suit you.
