We’re looking for a "Group Retail Manager" to lead one of our key Mitsubishi branches in Bacoor! If you’ve got a passion for sales, people, and performance — we want you on our team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach & inspire your sales team
- Hit sales targets (and help your team do the same!)
- Boost branch performance through smart strategies
- Keep operations running smoothly
- Champion awesome customer experiences
- Work closely with head office on inventory, logistics & more
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management (automotive a big plus!)
- Strong leadership and sales background
- People-person with great communication skills
- Loves solving problems and hitting goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar (preferred)

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
