- Supervise and lead retail staff in sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and take corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and store profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional strategies and events.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in customer service, inventory management, and sales strategy
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
