About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead and scale our remote inside sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned sales professional based in the Philippines with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales teams, and working with modern sales technologies.
You will play a key role in shaping the inside sales strategy, optimizing sales processes, mentoring team members, and hitting aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing remote inside sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and close rates.
- Drive sales pipeline growth through effective lead conversion strategies.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and forecast accurately.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategy.
- Establish and enforce performance standards and KPIs.
- Optimize CRM usage (HubSpot) and ensure team adoption of best practices.
- Bring data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Provide leadership and direction on pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with the ability to work remotely and lead a distributed team.
- Minimum of 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote inside sales teams.
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of CRM systems (especially HubSpot).
- Familiarity with ERP platforms like Odoo is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
