Job Role:
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for closing leads through calls and emails in a timely manner. This position will be focused on keeping all parties aligned through clear communication of the sales process to deliver optimum customer experience and to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Work inbound leads from all sources (emails, fax, phone, word of mouth) and follow the process to create and work leads in our system.
- Creating and maintaining customer database.
- Complete intake process, schedule assessments and work with care managers to ensure care is approved and started on time.
- Understand client's needs.
- Adhere to monthly KPI's and metrics
- Close sales and achieve quotas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience/knowledge of CRM systems
- Customer Service Experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
