We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the HMO Staff (Customer Service) Role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists and answers queries of all clients regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
- Issues outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
- Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any medical allied course or equivalent is preferred.
- Related work experience in HMO Industry would be an advantage
- Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque City
- Mondays-Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
