- College graduate of BS Hotel, Restaurant and Management or any related course
- With experience of handling people or with hotel experience is an advantage
- With experience in hotel setting is an advantage
- Has the ability to provide overall supervision and operation of the hotel and can do her tasks in the absence of the hotel manager
- Ensures adequacy of staff assigned by the Hotel manager for the shift
- Responsible for the shift sales and auditing of reports
- Performing right customer service for the guests
- Inspection and management of hotel cleanliness
- Ensuring there are enough linens and other guest supplies
- Handling maintenance concern of the hotel
- Marketing including upselling and suggesting marketing promo
- Other task that may be assigned by the superior
