We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and firm individual to oversee and manage the entire housekeeping operations of the Guidicelli Group. This role includes the leadership and coordination of all household staff—particularly the kasambahays (household helpers)—ensuring that every residence is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Household Oversight:
Conduct regular site visits across all properties to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Staff Supervision:
Manage all household workers including kasambahays and cleaners.
Oversee work schedules, rest days, task delegation, and performance evaluations.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor household inventory and supplies.
Ensure timely replenishment of essential items and efficient usage of stocks.
- Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce standards for housekeeping and cleanliness.
Address maintenance issues or concerns proactively.
- Logistics Coordination:
Maintain records of staff schedules, property visits, and supply inventories.
Coordinate with service providers as needed for specialized cleaning or repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in household management, housekeeping supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with a no-nonsense, firm yet fair management style.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between residences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple moving parts.
- Professional discretion and respect for household privacy.
Preferred Traits
- Experience managing household staff or in hotel/estate management is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Filipino household practices and staff culture.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and make informed decisions quickly.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
