Clean - X Ph Service Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. This role involves supervising daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, training staff, managing schedules, and maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, assign, and inspect tasks performed by housekeeping staff
- Create and maintain efficient cleaning schedules and organize staff shifts
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas
- Address guest complaints and coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and handle staff management effectively
- Proficiency with cleaning software/tools (preferred)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
