Job Description
1.Monthly analyzes data from the previous months, actual sales, production loading and capacity, inventory, backorders (open orders) and forecast accuracy for all locally produced products, to determine quantity for production per product
2.Generates the Master Production Schedule for the month and submits it to the Supply Chain Manager, then to the Head of Operations Strategy for approval before cascading it to the concerned departments. Calculates and measures forecast vs actual production.
3.Regularly coordinates with Target Markets and Customer Service for the current month’s forecast and confirmed Sales Orders to be dispatched.
4.Collaborates with Supply Planning and Procurement in conducting S I & OP meetings on forecasts for Locally produced products.
5.Coordinates with Customer Service, Target Market and Marketing for any changes made in sales forecast based on Projects and Promotions on a weekly and daily basis. Updates the production schedule on a weekly or as needed basis then submits is to the Supply Chain Manager, then to the Head of Operations Strategy for approval before sending it out to concerned departments.

7.Reviews regularly all A’s and B’s items using ABC analysis. Establishes and reviews quarterly, if needed, any changes in safety stocks, replenishment point and production lead time for all locally produced products.
8.Monitors the stock movement daily for all locally produced products. Coordinates with Supply Planning and Procurement for the availability and timing of arrival of needed raw and packaging materials on a weekly/daily basis.
9. Works closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement, and QC/R&D for any change in schedules, raw material allocation and gives feedback to Internal Customers.
10.Creates Production order in ERP System i.e. SAP BYD, prints and ensures they are routed to warehouse personnel for advance preparation of materials to be issued to production.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
