What you'll be doing
- Providing HR-related support and guidance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns
- Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programmes
- Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall HR strategy and objectives
What we're looking for
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Preferably with experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Demonstrated understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
