- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Department;
- Draft and post job vacancies to different ad portals;
- Source, screen and recommends qualified applicants through pre-employment testing and interview, for timely replacement of and/or additional manpower requested;
- Issue list of employment requirements to applicants for completion and collects the same to ensure that applicants are potentially fit to work;
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource records and employees 201 files.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology with at least 1 year experience in Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
