Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely salary payments and handling government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Oversee office administration tasks including procurement, asset management, and office maintenance.
- Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and maintain company policies.
- Initially assist in coordinating office and apartment renovations, vendor communication, progress tracking, and quality supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, familiar with Philippine labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
