As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in recruiting, Onboarding, and supporting our employees to ensure a positive work environment and company culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including employment and training contracts.
- Conduct or assist with new employee orientation.
Employee Records & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or other databases.
- Assist with data entry and reporting on HR-related metrics.
HR Operations:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee events and activities.
- Support other HR functions as needed, such as training and development, employee relations, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 1 year+ proven experience in HR roles
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work Onsite
- Can Start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
