- Administer end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, grievances, or other concerns.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave monitoring systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
