COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST:
Job Overview:
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees which aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.
This role involves analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with HR teams to design competitive compensation packages.
Job description:
- Maintain and update HR files management and databases;
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices;
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to compensation and benefits;
- Creating, submitting, and monitoring government mandatory benefits and loans reports and payments;
- Prepare and maintain compensation and benefits documentation and records;
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend improvements.
- Research and analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure competitive pay practices;
- Administer and implement employee benefit programs, including health, insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives;
- Manage the labor relations processes;
- Collaborate with HR and management to provide guidance on compensation-related inquiries and issues;
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay rates;
- Manage payroll processes and resolve discrepancies in compensation or benefits administration.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation and benefits options.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
