Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides centralized human resource services, on Philippines’ government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, Phil health, and Pag-big; local benefits programs, and benefit invoice management.
- Ensures the timely facilitation and processing of employees’ applications for government loans and all other APAC government-mandated benefits.
- Prepares monthly statutory reports. Ensures accurate and timely posting of messages to government offices
- Coordinates with Payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government agencies.
- Handles benefit-related invoice management, such as but not limited to coordination with Vendors and Finance, preparation of invoices, and consolidation of reports.
- Manages the application, release, and deactivation of Shell Fleet Cards of eligible employees.
- Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefit programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM or any related course
- 2-3 years of HR Benefits experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- With experience with property management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
