CLEANFUEL IS LOOKING FOR AN HR ASSISTANT - TALENT SEARCH/RECRUITMENT
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?
- Handles end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screen, interview, onboarding process of possible candidate for the position).
- Maintain and sort-out employees' records and files (201 and 202).
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Research and suggest innovation for recruitment process.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Able to do multitasking
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, and Psychology.
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Head Office is located at Cleanfuel Marcos Highway, Brgy. Dela Paz, Pasig City (near Robinsons Metro East and across Mitsubishi motors).
