We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to support our HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative processes.

Salary Range

PHP 18,000 - PHP 22,000 per month (gross)
Plus:

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

· Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in HR roles (recruitment, employee relations, etc.).
Experience in labor compliance, or HRIS is a plus.

· Technical and Soft Skills:
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

· Other Requirements:

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· Recruitment & Selection:

Responsible for the company’s talent recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and providing feedback to candidates, ensuring an efficient recruitment process that meets the company’s needs.

· Onboarding and Offboarding:
Responsible for the onboarding process, including setting up employee records and ensuring smooth entry into the company. Also handles offboarding processes, including exit interviews and completing necessary departure formalities.

· Employee Relations & Labor Compliance:

Assist in handling labor relations issues between employees and the company, resolve employee complaints, coordinate communication between employees and management to ensure a harmonious work environment.

· HR Documentation & Records Management:

Responsible for managing and maintaining employee personnel files, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of HR-related documents.
