Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS
- Support employee relations and facilitate internal communication
- Help administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist with timekeeping and attendance monitoring
- Support training coordination and performance management efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of HR experience is a plus
