The HRBP serves as the conduit of the Corporate HROD to the employees in the different districts of BIVMC and vice versa. The HRBP aims to support the different departments of operations and sales in the local districts by implementing HR services and programs.
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related
- Basic skills in Recruitment & Selection, Payroll & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management & Feedback, Employee Relations, Labor Relations gained in at least two-years of experience as HR Generalist
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment related regulations
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
- Attention to detail
Principal Accountabilities:
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
- Attend concerns of employees especially Line Managers relating to Recruitment & Selection and coordinate with the Talent Management Team
- Assists Supervisor / Line Managers in the processing of Manpower Request Form (MRF) and Employee Movement Action Form / Employee Movement (EMAF)
- Assist in Onboarding of newly hired employees
- Represent the Talent Management Team in issuing Personnel Action Notice
- Assist in 201 Management by sending employee records to Head Office (HO) including the yearly updated Employee Data Sheet
PAYROLL & BENEFITS
- Facilitate liaising of concerns of employees with the Comp & Ben Team and vice versa
- Assist in issuing HMO cards/certificates of coverage
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- Coordinate with the Training Team on the schedule of New Employee Orientation (NEO)
- Assist in Training initiated by Head Office
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & FEEDBACK
- Assist Supervisors and Line Managers in evaluating their subordinates
- Facilitate the issuance of Failure to Regularize Notice
LABOR RELATIONS
- Receive Incident Reports (IR), draft Notice to Explain (NTE), and Notice of Disciplinary Actions (NODA), and conduct admin hearings, if necessary.
- Monitor Tardiness, cases of AWOL and absenteeism
- Provide advice, inputs, guidance, and assistance to supervisors/line managers in disciplining their subordinates
- Offering counseling services to employees
- Secure hard copy and soft copy of admin cases
- Offering counseling services to employees
- Prepare and issue a Return-to-Work Notice (RTWN)
- Secure hard copy and soft copy of admin cases
MANDATORY COMPLIANCE
- Represent the company in SENA Conferences
- Assist in compliance with DOLE/NLRC required documents such as Registration of Establishment (RULE 1020),
- Submit DOLE Establishment Reports through the online platform.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Conduct Plant and Store Visits to check on employees
- Recommend an effective Employee Relations Program within the assigned area
- Maintain positive working relationships between all groups/personnel.
- Conduct exit interviews, facilitate the endorsing and/or routing of the Accountability Clearance and Release Form (ACARF) of inactive employees to Head Office.
- Release last pay and issue quitclaim and Certificate of Employment
MISCELLANEOUS
- Represent the CHROD in Local ManCom Meetings
- CHRIS Administration (Filing of Local Holidays, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, and other mandated leaves; tagging of resigned employees, encoding of employee offenses.
- Cascading of matters that need to be disseminated
