We are looking for experienced HR Business Partners with 5 years of experience in the E-commerce industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide strategic and tactical HR support to the business. This role will work closely with the management team and be responsible for driving key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Led the creation of an HR roadmap and strategies to support business objectives.
* Oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR services, and organizational development functions.
* Ensures efficiency and effectiveness in designing and delivering day-to-day HR services based on a clear understanding of business needs, strategy, and people management implications.
* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their needs and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Partner with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination.
* Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
* Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
* Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
* Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
* Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Deep understanding of PH Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
* Remarkable experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or any related field.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an HR generalist (essential).

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
