Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure employee records and HR database are accurately maintained and reports generated timely for management.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including investigation of complaints, resolution of disputes, and promotion of a conflict-free work environment.
- Support performance management activities such as reviews, coaching support, and development plans in coordination with line managers.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programs; collaborate with payroll and finance teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with current Philippine labor laws and business needs.
- Provide training and development resources to HR staff to enhance skills and compliance awareness.
- Monitor HR metrics including turnover, attendance, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to communicate HR programs and promote workplace policies.
- Assist in budget monitoring and ensure HR activities align with organizational goals.
