Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist with a strong focus on Employee Relations to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring legal compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills and be comfortable navigating complex employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and complaints.
- Investigate employee relations issues, including harassment, discrimination, policy violations, and performance concerns, maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees at all levels to promote employee engagement and trust.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive and respectful workplace.
- Track and report on employee relations trends and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate risk.
HR Generalist Functions:
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Assist with performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Administer and interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations is strongly preferred.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
