The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policy administration. This role is critical in ensuring a positive employee experience and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution and handle basic employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Support audits and reporting as required.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Track and document employee progress and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training sessions and support learning and development initiatives.
- Support various HR projects such as engagement surveys, policy updates, and diversity initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
